If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible. Being late for an appointment may cause a reduction in time available for your treatment. We will start your treatment upon your arrival but we must finish at the scheduled time to accommodate other guest. Every effort will be made to complete your service but we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

In the event of a no-show a 50% charge of the requested service will be applied to your card on file.

We understand things may happen but cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the requested service to the card on file.

A $20 deposit is required to schedule a facial or a multi-area waxing. For single area waxing a 50% deposit is required.

Initial deposit must be submitted through the website. The remaining balance is due when services are rendered. Balance can be paid via Zelle, cash, or through the website.
